Being antibacterial and antifungal is an important advantage for living things, but it becomes a threat that causes deadly diseases for living things, due to the cyclic structure and oxygen molecule reacting with UV rays and various chemicals. For this reason, the detection of quinone and quinone-based materials is very important. The determination of quinone and quinone materials is provided by utilizing various characterization techniques such as electrochemical studies, UV-Vis studies, HPLC, and FTIR. This chapter presents a broad theoretical perspective to the literature by citing the relevant parts of quinone and quinone-based studies.</dc:description><dc:publisher>Elsevier</dc:publisher><dc:date>2024</dc:date><dc:type>Book Chapter</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/r/kostu/10576</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>https://doi.org/10.1016/b978-0-443-24126-0.00014-7</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>978-044324126-0</dc:identifier><dc:identifier>978-044324125-3</dc:identifier><dc:language>en</dc:language><dc:relation>Quinone-Based Compounds in Drug Discovery: Trends and Applications</dc:relation><dc:rights>info:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccess</dc:rights><dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/bookPart</dc:type><dc:identifier>https://kostu-rdlopen.rawdatalibrary.net/tr/items/kostu/10576</dc:identifier></oai_dc:dc></metadata></record></GetRecord></OAI-PMH>
