Endüstriyel yangın ve patlamalar

Bu Tez, Yangın ve Patlamalara neden olan faktörlerin araştırılması ve bu durumun meydana gelmesinin engellenmesi ile ilgili düzenlenmiştir. Yangın ve Patlamalar günlük hayatımızda da olduğu gibi iş hayatında da sıklıkla karşılaştığımız iş kazalarıdır. Yangın ve Patlamaların çevre ve çalışana (iş, çalışan ve işyeri) verdiği hasar önlenebilir yâda önlenebilir derecede düşürülebilir. Çalışma sahasında gerekli önlemlerin alınması mevzuata ve yönetmeliklere uygun şekilde çalışılması Avrupa Standartlarına uygun yapılması ve gerekli koruyucu donanımın kullanılması sağlanmalıdır. Gerekli kontroller periyodik olarak sağlanmalıdır ve risk değerlendirmeleri yapılarak gerekli önlemler alınmalıdır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliğine yönelik önlemlerin eksiksiz alınması, çalışanların ve işverenlerin bilinçlendirilmesi ilgili eğitimlerin eksiksiz alınması ve gerekli donanımların kullanılması çalışma ortamında meydana gelebilecek risklerin %98'nin önüne geçebilmektedir. Yangın ve patlamaların önüne geçilmesi için her türlü teknik ile tasarım kontrolü çerçevesinde gerekli önlemler alınmalı can ve mal kaybına sebebiyet verebilecek her türlü durumun kontrolü işe başlamadan önce sağlanmalıdır. İşyerinde kullanılan her türlü malzeme, donanım, proses amacına uygun şekilde kullanılıp uygun şekilde depolanmalıdır. Birbiri ile etkileşimde bulunup acil duruma sebebiyet verecek durumları önüne geçebilmek adına her madde için güvenlik bilgi formu (GBF), hazırlanmalı ilgili maddelerin açıklamaları, kullanım miktarları ve depolanma şekilleri belirtilmelidir ancak bu şekilde büyük çaplı endüstriyel kazaların önüne geçilerek can ve mal kaybı önlenebilmektedir. Bu çalışma, endüstriyel çalışma sahalarında meydana gelen yangın ve patlamalar hakkında ilgili kavramların tanımı yangın ve patlamaların meydana gelme sebepleri, işyerine ve çalışana vermiş olduğu maddi manevi zararlara karşı alınması gerekli olan ve bu olayların meydana gelmemesi için alınması gerekli önlem ve tedbirler üzerinde durulmuştur.

Fıre and Explosions are occupational accidents that we frequently encounter in business life as well as in our daily lives.The damage caused by Fire and Explosions to the environment and the employee (work, worker and workplace) can be prevented or reduced to a preventable degree.It should be ensured that necessary precautions are taken in the work area, working in accordance with the legislation and regulations, in accordance with European Standards and the use of necessary protective equipment.Necessary controls should be provided periodically and necessary precautions should be taken by making risk assessments. Taking the necessary precautions for occupational health and safety, raising awareness of employees and employers, receiving complete training and using the necessary equipment can prevent 98% of the risks that may occur in the working environment. In order to prevent fire and explosions, necessary precautions should be taken within the framework of design control with all kinds of techniques, and control of any situation that may cause loss of life and property should be ensured before starting work. All kinds of materials, equipment and processes used in the workplace should be used and stored in accordance with the purpose of the process. In order to prevent situations that may interact with each other and cause an emergency, a material safety form should be prepared for each substance and the explanations, usage amounts and storage methods of the relevant substances should be specified. This study, the definition of related concepts about fires and explosions in industrial work areas, the reasons for the occurrence of fires and explosions, the necessary precautions and measures to be taken against the material and moral damages caused to the workplace and the worker and to prevent these events from occurring are emphasized.
