Biyolojik risk etmenlerinden virüsler

Çalışma hayatı insanların yaşamlarının büyük çoğunluklarını geçirmek zorunda oldukları ortamları oluşturmaktadır. Çalışanların ömürlerinin büyük bir kısmını geçirdikleri bu ortam koşulları sağlıkları hususunda belli tahribatlara sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Meslek hayatında karşılaşılan meslek hastalıkları çalışanların tüm ömrüne etki eder. Çalışma hayatlarının bitmesine veya ciddi, kalıcı sağlık problemlerine sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Bu meslek hastalıklarına sebep olabilecek hususlardan biri de çalışma yaşamında maruz kalınan biyolojik risk etmenleridir. Bu tez çalışmasında, iş hayatında karşılaşılabilecek biyolojik risk faktörlerinin önemi vurgulanmak istenirken, bu biyolojik risk etmenlerinden virüslerin sıkça rastlanan türlerinin epidemiyolojisi, mikrobiyolojisi, patogenezi, tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri ile korunma koşulları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir.

Working life constitutes the environments in which people have to spend the vast majority of their lives. These environmental conditions, in which employees spend a large part of their lives, can cause certain damage to their health. Occupational diseases encountered in professional life affect the entire life of employees. It may cause the end of their working life or serious, permanent health problems. One of the issues that may cause these occupational diseases is the biological risk factors that are exposed in working life. In this thesis, the biological risk factors that may be encountered in business life when you are prompted to emphasize the importance of these biological risk factors for common types of viruses, epidemiology, microbiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and methods of treatment and protection conditions were investigated in detail.
