ISO 45001 iş sağlığı ve güvenliği standardının tersane işletmesine uygulanması ve karşılaşılan zorluklar

Bu çalışmada ISO 45001 iş sağlığı ve güvenliği standardının tersane işletmesine uygulanması ve uygulama sürecinde karşılaşılan zorlukları incelemektedir. Tezde hem teorik bir literatür incelemesi yapılmış hem de tersane sektöründe çalışanlar ve iş güvenliği uzmanları ile birlikte gerçekleştirilen saha çalışmalarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmada, ISO 45001 standartlarının, tersanelerde iş kazalarını önleme, risk yönetimi süreçlerini geliştirme ve çalışanların güvenlik bilincini artırma konularında önemli iyileştirmeler sağladığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, standartların uygulanmasında karşılaşılan en büyük zorluklar, mevcut iş güvenliği kültürünün yetersizliği, çalışanların eğitimi ve standartların günlük işleyişe entegrasyonu sürecinde yaşanan direnç olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu zorluklara rağmen, ISO 45001'in doğru uygulandığında iş güvenliği kültürünü güçlendirdiği ve işletme performansına olumlu katkılar sunduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

In this study examines the implementation of the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standard in a shipyard and the challenges encountered in the implementation process.. The thesis included both a theoretical literature review and field studies carried out together with employees and occupational safety experts in the shipyard sector. The study concluded that ISO 45001 standards provide significant improvements in preventing work accidents in shipyards, improving risk management processes and increasing employee safety awareness. However, the greatest challenges in the implementation of standards have been identified as the inadequacy of the current culture of occupational safety, the training of employees and the resistance experienced in the process of integration of standards into daily functioning. Despite these challenges, ISO 45001 has been shown to strengthen the safety culture of work when applied correctly and to make positive contributions to operational performance.
