Methods: This qualitative study was conducted using a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through individual and focus group interviews conducted before and after the simulation training intervention Results: Following the training, students reported perceived improvements in clinical self-confidence, professionalism, awareness of evidence preservation, ethical sensitivity, and adoption of a child-centered approach. Conclusion: Simulation-based pediatric forensic training incorporating AI-assisted scenario development may support students’ professional awareness, forensic reasoning, and decision-making processes.
